Maksym’s professional experience includes many litigations in commercial, civil, and administrative cases. For more than 10 years of law practice, he has gained valuable experience in building a legal position and successfully representing the Client’s interests in court. Maxym’s principle is to practice law based on professional integrity and to uphold the rule of law and justice, for which he has been repeatedly awarded professional honors.

In 2015, Maxym defended his dissertation on the topic “Land as an Object of Investment Development under Ukrainian Legislation” at the Department of Land and Environmental Law of the Law Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and gained the academic degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences. In today’s conditions, practical experience and scientific achievements allow Maxym to successfully engage in legal practice, particularly in the fields of Due Diligence and Real Estate.

As a participant in the “We are from Ukraine” project, Ukrainian human rights defenders assisted individuals affected by the actions of the Russian Federation in the war against Ukraine and applied applications with the European Court of Human Rights for compensation for the damage caused.

Despite a series of victories in judicial proceedings, Maxym considers the greatest success to be achieving a compromise and concluding agreements on mutually beneficial terms at the stage of pre-trial settlement of disputes.
