The Client, being abroad, requested a divorce. It was important for the Client to dissolve the marriage without his participation and in the shortest possible time.

We provided a legal analysis of the situation and filed a statement of claim with the court, as well as represented the Client's interests in court. At the same time, negotiations were held with the other party, which led to the Defendant's recognition of the claim.
