Attorney Daryna Vasylivna Kravchuk participated in a specialized training program titled “Training of Trainers on Compensation and the Protection of Property Rights of Victims.”
On June 23–25, 2026, Daryna Kravchuk completed a specialized trainer training program designed not only to deepen her professional knowledge in the field of protecting the property rights of victims but also to develop the skills necessary for further training and sharing this knowledge with other specialists.
Participation in the program involved addressing current issues related to compensation for property damage, approaches to protecting the rights of victims, as well as methodologies for preparing and conducting training sessions in this field.
A distinctive feature of the training was its focus on preparing trainers capable of subsequently disseminating the knowledge they gained, conducting training sessions, and contributing to the professional development of specialists working on issues related to the protection of victims’ property rights.
The event was organized by the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union in partnership with the Higher School of Public Administration as part of a project by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), with support from the U.S. Department of State.
Upon completion of the training, Daryna Kravchuk received a certificate confirming her completion of a specialized training-of-trainers program on compensation and the protection of victims’ property rights.
For the ESTER GUARDIANS team, professional development is not only about continuously improving their own legal expertise but also about sharing experience and knowledge, fostering a professional environment, and contributing to the training of other specialists.
